Subscription & Payments:Access to premium features require subscription either through our monthly (or) the yearly plans.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment details.
Subscription plans MAY be subject to automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date.
Pricing Policy: We reserve the right to modify the pricing of any of our plans, subject to demand & supply mechanisms. We reserve the right to fix our prices "fixed" across currencies.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will only be issued if the tool does not function due to inherent malfunction (or) our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind or perceived lack of performance.

We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, hosting providers, payment gateways).

Governing Law:These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of India
